Deep Hollow Ranch in Montauk, the oldest cattle ranch in America, is run by the Leaver family. The ranch development rights were bought years ago by the Town of East Hampton, but only a small portion of them. The Town is now considering to buy the full development rights of the ranch, costing around 4.5 million dollars. But hey, if it will preserve what you are about to see in the video below, it will be worth it.

The Tuma Agency in Montauk, a local real estate brokerage has fallen prey to the real estate melt down. Such a bummer. The store space is now for rent. Not sure who has the listing.

Radu is offering a new membership deal that is just unbelievable for the Southampton Gym. If you want to get the heck off your butt and work out with unbelievably amazing equipment and trainers give them a try. The new deal is $70 a month if you get a group of five together. $60 for a group of ten and $50 for fifteen plus. Are you telling me that you can’t find 4 of your buds to get a gym membership?
That includes personalized treatment where they give you an interview with a dietician and a personal trainer that will show you the ropes. It also includes classes, which is a ver good deal. We have to tell you about it.
Check them out and give them a call! They guarantee results!

Now this is what I’m talking about. Finally somebody decided to go out and make an extremely bad ass movie in the Hamptons that will offer pure entertainment at the Hamptons International Film Festival. The movie is called OVERRIDE. On a minimal budget, Randall Krongard, the screenwriter of the movie, the lead actor and the executive producer, filmed this entire movie in the Hamptons to fulfill his dream. The film is an action film, with a terrorist attack and a heros journey about a guy who loses his daughter. The film was shot in Montauk, Springs, Riverhead and East Hampton.
Check out the trailer. Awesome.

You remember Deb Foster right? Well, you got to hand it to this woman, she really cares about the Town of East Hampton and doesn’t mind giving her input. Ms. Foster is very dedicated to small time politics and is going to do what she can to fix the McGintee budget mess. She has organized an independent group of former town officials and is making recommendations. A lot of them are pretty good. The Debster is recommending to sell some town owned properties and to privatize the recycling and waste center to pump up some money into the town. We need more people that care and act!

Our favorite superhero Sir Ivan just recently performed at the Metro NY Balloon & Music Festival this past Saturday. Sir Ivan is a busy guy with a busy schedule. He recently led The Salute to Israel Parade alongside Mayor Michael Bloomberg & Governor David Patterson to Celebrate Israel’s 60th and is known as Mr. Mitzvah on the hit show Who Wants to be a Superhero. Way to save the world, Mr. Mitzvah. Look forward to the new album.

Rabbi Marc Schneier of the Hampton Synagogue wants his invisible religious boundry in Weshampton and he isn’t giving up without a fight. 300 people have signed a petition to prevent him from getting his Eruv for 1 squar mile, but he is saying that it is breaking his religious civil right.
Okay, so this guy wants an invisible boundry? So in other words…he wants nothing! Are you kidding me!???
