Well, it looks like, when it all ended, his yard was just a mess. Rian White, who was able to attract national headlines claiming that his messy yard was actually art, which included a six foot hot dog statue, has been fined $5,000 for not complying with East Hampton’s town request to clean up his yard.
White, an artist, fought tooth and nail to justify his art. Some of it, we agree, could pass for art. Other “art” however, looked like a big mess to us. You be the judge.
