This is the face of Anthony Oddone of Farmingville who, while intoxicated, choked to death a 40 year-old bouncer named Andrew P. Reister at the Southampton Public House last Thursday. We are all just stunned here, there hasn’t been a murder in Southampton since 1988. Andrews day job was working as a correction officer and is from Hampton Bays. People tried to stop Mr. Oddone from holding the choke, but couldn’t get him off Andrew, who passed out and died at Stony Brook University Medical Center.
Our prayers are with the family of Andrew P. Reister. A husband and a father of two children.

that’s really sad. this is what alcohol does. it fuels the fire. how is alcohol legal and marijuana illegal?

Why not find and post a picture of Andrew P. Reister? Honor HIS memory, rather than feature the image of the guy who murdered him… Just a thought.
