To be honest, I don’t think I could do it. But Josh May is a bigger (and more eco-friendly) man than me. He sets an example for all of us with an all-green-all-the-time East Hampton experiment, which sounds more like detox than anything. No cigs, no burgers, no food that wasn’t grown nearby, no Beamers, no bottled beer and no bitchy girls who “don’t get” recycling (Okay, I made that up). But seriously, the project sounds revitalizing, important and inspirational. We have mutual friends, so I’d love if he’d invite me over for some earthy-crunchy living. I can take short showers, ditch my car and drink soymilk. Plus, I have a gorgeous, emerald green, Gucci bikini — just to emphasize the point.
In the meantime, May’s beloved blog, The Beach, is closest to cracking the code on where Nobu might set up shop in the Hamptons. This will, no doubt, be worth escaping for.

THIS BLOG IS BETTER THAN THE BEACH. HOWEVER IT IS VERY COOL THAT JOSH MAY IS SETTING SUCH A GOOD EXAMPLE. STILL, I THINK THIS BLOG IS BETTER.
